Amazing experience! Witnessing these knife artisans at work really makes you appreciate their craft. Was immediately awestruck watching them feel out the rough spots on the knife. Highly recommend!!!

This was an amazing experience from start to finish. Yuji was an amazing, knowledgeable and welcoming host and the masters were so helpful and patient during the sharpening experience. Absolutely recommended.

This experience was amazing! Yuji was very knowledgeable about knives and was able to answer all our questions. We learned to sharpen our knives from the experts and got to see the process of adding the handles to our personalized knives! we had a lot of fun and learned plenty, plus got knives to bring home at the end of the experience.

Yuji was a fantastic and well informed host. He took time to answer all of our questions and was also extremely friendly and personable. We highly recommend him. Wada-san and his team at the knife shop are incredibly skilled, kind and patient. We had a fantastic experience.
